What will you be doing?
As a Chef de Partie, you will creatively present the finest shellfish and seafood dishes. You will filet and prepare perfectly cooked fish. You’ll also assist with preparations (mise en place). During service, you'll run your own section, and you’re good at it because you’re sharp and focused. After the service, you’ll help clean the kitchen, ensuring that you and your colleagues start the next day fresh. You will work in an enthusiastic team that strives for a unique guest experience, with fresh and high-quality food being the top priority.
Who are you?
- You have at least 1 year of experience.
- You’re available on weekends.
- You speak Dutch or English.
- You are familiar with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP).
- You love seafood, and knowledge of it is a plus.
