Hello! My name is Sophie, and my journey at The Seafood Bar started four years ago as an Assistant Manager. Last summer, I was promoted to General Manager and now lead one of our locations in Amsterdam.

I've experienced fun things here; no day is the same. One day we're serving Gin-Tonics and oysters, and the next day we're catering for a fashion week event.

Working here also has perks, such as participating in the Seafood Cruise or learning about various types of fish (and how to prepare them) at the Seafood Bar Academy.

What I appreciate is that The Seafood Bar is well-organized and they take good care of the staff. If you work hard, the possibilities are endless.
